About Jamie

HEADSHOTTWISTEDPURPLEContactI am a holistic psychotherapist, host of  the monthly radio show, “Holistic Living with Jamie” on HealthyLife.net, speaker on topics including Disordered Eating, Addictions and Heavy Metal Toxicity, an editorial consultant and an actress.

My passion is to empower others to regain a lost sense of self ~ to live, love, laugh, create, embrace and regain optimal health (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) one day at a time. I have unwavering hope for healing those who are grappling with the dis ‘ease’ of addiction. Via authenticity and an open heart, my intention is to provide clients with a safe and grounded space in which to uncover, discover and recover from their wounding and create effective, lasting change.
